The frame size determines the height of the bike. You calculate the correct frame size for your height as follows:
Put your feet 20 centimetres apart, measure the number of centimetres between the ground and your crotch and multiply this number by 0.68. The result is the frame size you need.
If the result is between two sizes, use the largest size for touring bikes and the smallest size for sporty bikes.
For bikes with a sprung seatpost, subtract 4 centimetres from the frame size.
